Police on the lookout for missing St. Charles woman

ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – St. Charles police are on the lookout for a missing St. Charles woman, that was last seen in Florissant, Missouri.

Police are looking to the public, for help in locating Jillian Terbrock, who was last seen on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 4 pm at an Aamco in Florissant, where Terbrock dropped off her 14-month-old baby daughter father’s work.

She left the premises with her former husband, David Owsley, driving her gold/brown 2006 4-door Honda Accord.

Terbrock, has an order of protection against her former husband Owsley.

A few days before her disappearance, police got a 911 call from her residence, but upon arrival, and talking to Terbrock, police were told that Terbrock 14-month-old daughter has dialed 911 accidently.

Police further state that Terbrock has not withdrawn any money from her Child Support Card, her only mean of support.

Terbrock is 5 feet tall, average build, black hair and brown eyes. If you’ve seen her or have any information; you’re urged to call the St. Charles Police at 636-949-3300.
