Police: Man Exposed Himself Via Webcam to Undercover Officer | Crime

An Illinois man exposed his genitals on a webcam to a St. Louis County undercover officer, believing the officer to be a 14-year-old girl, police said.

Michael Schuette, 27, of New Douglas, IL, was charged Nov. 26 with sexual misconduct involving a child as a second offense.
