Man Charged With Murder in Shooting Death of U City Mother and Son | Crime
A man was charged Wednesday afternoon in the Oct. 29 shooting death of a mother and her son at Sutter and Bartmer avenues.
Carlos Suber, 21, of the 1000 block of Roth Avenue in University City, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action.
