Police: Man Didn't Tell Girlfriend He Had HIV for Two Years | Crime

A man faces a criminal charge for exposing another person to HIV infection.

Vinita Park Police said Robert A. Bartlett, 42, of the 1500 block of Purdue in Pagedale, was charged by St. Louis County prosecutors Jan. 17 with recklessly exposing another person to HIV.
