Ladue Man Pleads Guilty to Harassing Child in Brentwood Home Depot | Crime
A Ladue man pleaded guilty Monday to harassing an 11-year-old child in a Home Depot restroom in Brentwood.
Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, pleaded guilty to harassment involving an adult harassing a child, a class D felony.
